We need changes - No more irresponsible Family Law representatives
Some of our Judges need to study the circumstances and emphasize in the dangers that surround some of our children. Unfortunately we have many lazy (For lack of other words) government representatives who just prefer to justify their actions by using the eronious phrase "It's in the best interest of the child" - ironically, shouldn't be "What's safer for the child" in this case???!!! The judge knew Kelsy broke both of her legs in the care of her mother and I assume that Child Protection Services were aware of the bruises that this little girl was already showing before she was taken to her grandma.

Being one of the most powerful countries in the world it amazes me how vulnerable our children are; and yet people don't seem to get it.
